Charles River CFO, Inc. is seeking to add experienced CFO's to work remotely in a part-time, full-time or interim basis on client assignments in our Life Sciences/Biotech, Non-Profit, High-Technology and General Business Practice areas.   


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading clients’ financial operations
  • Build solid relationships with constituents.
  • Develop, implement and enhance financial reporting and other business systems.
    • Provide high quality financial advice, experience and analysis.


    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or similar
    • CPA with Big 4 experience preferred
    • SEC Reporting, IPO and SPAC experience highly desirable
    • Progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles 
    • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues and solve problems
